Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in advertising and selling shipping containers to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software, ensuring that you're up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
• Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place an order. You'll be responsible for closing sales directly on the chat and sending invoices using our company's system.
• Each lead that you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager, who will follow up with the customer via phone calls to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Participate in daily training sessions, where you'll receive guidance and support from our experienced team members. You'll also be part of a Q&A group and have access to mentors who will help you achieve your goals.
• Work from the comfort of your own home, using a strong internet connection and a phone or laptop to chat with customers and use our software.

Key Responsibilities
