Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relations Officer / Live Chat Agent, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with guests through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize live chat software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to effectively manage guest interactions and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences.
