Job Description

We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll provide top-notch support to arenaflex members, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding member experience. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing personalized support and ensuring that their needs are met.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Assist members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more.
  • Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Document and track member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers on various arenaflex services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems at once.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
