Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
  • Process orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer-centricity.
  • Educate customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, including CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company policies and procedures.
