The Role

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the arenaflex experience is consistently excellent. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues
• Collaborating with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following characteristics, skills, and experience:

• Minimum two years of previous customer care experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism
• Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions, including phone calls and emails
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as required
• Ability to travel to London for a two-week training period (travel and accommodation provided)
