Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, friendly, and efficient.
• Registering Sales and Managing Cash Sign-ins: Accurately register sales on assigned cash sign-ins, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure that our store counters and shelves are always tidy and well-merchandised, taking inventory and maintaining data as needed.
• Implementing Employer Asset Safety Measures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing effective asset safety measures.
• Complying with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with state and local laws concerning regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
• Constructing and Maintaining Presentations: Build and maintain visually appealing presentations, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products.
• Assisting with Inventory Management: Assist with the separation of food products, product placement, and inventory rotation using the first-in, first-out technique.
• Providing Customer Support in the Photo Area: Offer customer support in the photo area, including digital passport image services, poster printing, and creative device usage.
• Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Manage video display orders in Image Care Plus, fill orders, and provide orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
• Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store Environment: Ensure that our store is always clean, neat, and orderly, both inside and out.
• Completing Special Assignments and Other Duties: Take on special assignments and other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

• Fluency in English: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Flexibility: Requires a willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail Experience: Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

• Previous Work Experience with arenaflex: Choose to have previous work experience with arenaflex.
• Fluency in English: Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Flexibility: Requires a willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.

Education and Personal Development

• Training and Development: Attend training and complete PPLs (Performance and Productivity Learning) as assigned by management or the company.
