What you’ll own
- full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
- intake and calibration with hiring managers before searches begin
- sourcing strategy and candidate outreach for priority roles
- candidate screening, interview process management, and close
- interview structure, scorecard quality, and debrief discipline
- ATS hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process consistency
- market feedback on talent availability and role competitiveness
- light support across adjacent People Operations priorities when needed
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience hiring across both technical and GTM roles
- strong sourcing capability and sound candidate judgment
- experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- ability to operate independently and bring clarity to ambiguity
- strong communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach
- experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments is a plus
- exposure to adjacent People Operations work is also a plus
- Comfort using AI and modern recruiting tools thoughtfully to improve speed, quality, and efficiency without losing sound judgment

- Highly Competitive Compensation: Base $80,000–$105,000, OTE $90,000–$115,000
