Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Care Specialist – Data Entry and Customer Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll also be responsible for data entry, customer database management, and other administrative tasks to support our customer care operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Enter customer data into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage customer database, including updating customer information and resolving data discrepancies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support customer care operations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer care skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of customer care processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer care experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and customer database management

  • Knowledge of customer care software and systems
  • Experience with process improvement and quality assurance
  • Certification in customer care or a related field a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
