Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. This is a part-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine the root cause of customer issues
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficient in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM systems and phone systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
