Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and success

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Python, and R
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling
• Identify trends and patterns in large datasets using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
• Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R
• Proven track record of delivering start-to-finish analysis projects that drive business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field)

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Scene, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and others
• Experience with marketing analytics, customer journey mapping, and business intelligence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business issues
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases)
• Strong passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
