Your Role in Our Mission
As a Data Entry / Mail Room Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our fast-paced environment and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately processing confidential documents as part of a high-volume workflow
- Completing assignments with limited supervision and escalating issues as needed
- Complying with all contract requirements, business rules, and legal regulations
- Prioritizing and resolving routine issues independently, following team guidance
- Contributing actively to team performance and productivity goals
- Following clear direction from leadership and contributing beyond general support levels
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, mail room, or a related administrative role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word; 10-key number pad proficiency preferred
- Ability to work accurately and quickly while maintaining required speed
- Strong attention to detail, with capacity to interpret moderately complex documents
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and minimal supervision

- A fully remote, work-from-home position with a fixed shift of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
