Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Acceptance and Delivery Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our aircraft to customers worldwide. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing risks, negotiating complex technical issues, and protecting arenaflex's interests while meeting customer expectations. Responsibilities:

* Manage risks associated with technical, industrial, certification, definition, planning, and contractual aspects to protect deliveries and ensure arenaflex's interests are safeguarded.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers from pre-FAL to Ferry Flight, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Facilitate and protect the application of recommendations and decisions made on behalf of the MFT, balancing customer expectations with arenaflex's interests.
  • Negotiate the acceptance of complex technical items that may impact delivery milestones, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Identify significant deviations that could jeopardize FAL milestones and delivery, working closely with the Aircraft Quality Customer Manager and Customer Support Director to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical aviation capacity, with a proven track record in customer acceptance and delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structure, systems, avionics, and cabin, with experience in management and industrial aircraft processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and negotiate with internal and external customers in the aircraft manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Up to 15% domestic and international travel required for training and business meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience working with complex technical systems, including avionics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FAA and EASA regulations.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
