Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing Customer Orders: Use world-class technology to efficiently process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence.
  • Building Business Relationships: Establish strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Analyze customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Assisting with Online Ordering: Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving, Listening, and Communication Skills: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you if you're eager to learn.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish): Fluency in both verbal and written forms is essential.
