Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for presenting life and health-related insurance products to clients via Zoom, educating them about their benefits options, and helping them enroll in customized insurance packages. You'll work closely with our high-performing remote team to manage your own schedule and pipeline, and you'll have access to world-class training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Present life and health-related insurance products to clients via Zoom

  • Educate families and business owners about their benefits options
  • Help clients enroll in customized insurance packages
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Manage your own schedule and pipeline as part of a high-performing remote team

Essential Qualifications

• Self-motivated professional with strong communication skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must meet state licensing requirements (includes background check)
  • Prior sales or finance experience is helpful but not required

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing)

  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• 100% commission-only position with no base salary or hourly pay

  • Average first-year representatives earn $1,500–$3,500+ per week
