Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical and soft skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6 months of customer service or other telephone experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with Medicaid web applications and technical support
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
