Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with passengers in our airports and at our gates. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and ensuring that our passengers feel valued, respected, and appreciated. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training purposes.
- Willingness to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship.

- Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa.
