Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the company CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
