What will you do as a Virtual Customer Support Associate?

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional support experiences that delight our customers
• Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues
