Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer support representatives to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a customer support representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities

As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.
  • Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to cross-train as requested.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools.
  • Previous remote work from home experience a plus.
  • Quick learner and able to work independently.
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required.

Equipment and Software Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • A processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater.
  • Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / 10 64 bits.
  • Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required.
  • USB headset.
  • No Chromebooks, netbooks, or any type of tablet (Must be a laptop or a desktop).
  • Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed on the platform and a recent scan completed.
  • Firewall must be enabled.

Work Environment and Schedule

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our support team operates on a rotating schedule, with shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm (CST). You'll be required to work 8 or 10 hour shifts, with some set schedule options available. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in our paid training program, which typically lasts 2 weeks.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay: $13-$14 pending shift/hours, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance.
  • Stay put bonus of $150 after 30 days and $150 after 60 days as long as in good standing.
  • Benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, available to full-time employees after 60 days.
