Your Role
As a Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in the healthcare industry. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing empathetic and knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

What You'll Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster) and a reliable computer or laptop
