Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a fully remote setting. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, preparing source data for computer entry, and processing customer and account source documents. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Ensuring data accuracy and quality through thorough review and verification
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong Excel skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role, including data entry, formatting, and analysis.
