Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. You will also be responsible for building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding customer needs, and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.

  • Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions.
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Work Environment and Company Culture

* Full-Time Hours: Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

  • Training Hours - Days: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately 6 - 7 months)

* Pay from $27 to $32 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
