Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
