Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, provide product and solutions expertise, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
