Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research and development initiatives. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, conducting online surveys, and participating in product testing and research trials. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks

• Conduct online surveys, product testing, and research trials, providing valuable insights and feedback
• Participate in online focus groups, sharing your opinions and experiences to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain organization and track progress
• Collaborate with our research team to ensure seamless execution of studies and projects
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for increased opportunities)
• Strong focus and follow-through skills
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
• Data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support (helpful but not mandatory)
