Manual QA Engineer
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer due to the expansion of our team. We are looking for candidates currently residing in Serbia.
Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for US, Europe, and Asia customers. Our main product is a management system of various hosting services, including a customer portal and internal admin panels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- manual functional, regression, and integration testing of the web service and related systems;
- collaboration with developers and the product team to clarify requirements and testing scenarios;
- development and maintenance of test cases, checklists, and testing documentation;
- validation of integrations with infrastructure components (servers, switches, load balancers, Kubernetes, OpenStack);
- bug reporting and verification before releases.
Our expectations
- 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer;
- knowledge of web applications and distributed systems testing;
- experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
- basic knowledge of SQL, HTTP, and networking;
- Linux user/administrator experience;
- English level sufficient for reading and writing documentation.
It will be a plus
- exposure to Kubernetes, OpenStack, or cloud environments;
- familiarity with automation testing tools;
- API testing experience.
