What You'll Do

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with clients: Engage with clients via phone, email, or video to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Helping clients understand insurance coverage options: Educate clients on the various insurance coverage options available and help them make informed decisions.
• Processing enrollments and following up on documentation: Ensure that client enrollments are processed efficiently and accurately, and follow up on any outstanding documentation.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support: Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Attending virtual team meetings and training sessions: Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company news, best practices, and product knowledge.
