Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Knowledge of automotive products and services, including repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as automotive service excellence (ASE).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
