Job Summary
As a Tax Chat Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals who provide exceptional service to our clients through our chat platform. You'll work closely with our Private Client Services team to ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely tax advice. This is a seasonal opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of tax professionals who provide exceptional service to our clients through our chat platform
- Collaborate with our Private Client Services team to ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely tax advice
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our chat platform
- Provide training and support to our tax professionals to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our clients
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to our team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our clients receive a seamless and integrated experience
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in tax or financial services, with a focus on customer service and team management
- Proven track record of managing a team of professionals and delivering exceptional results
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to address complex issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax or financial services, with a focus on customer service and team management
- Experience working with a chat platform or other digital tools to provide customer service
- Certification in tax or financial services, such as the Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
