Job Summary
As an Airport Customer Service Agent - MOT (PT) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for providing assistance to passengers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related services
- Promote arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that customers are aware of our offerings and benefits
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to arenaflex's health and safety policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airport or travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid airport authority identification security (AIS) card required; willingness to complete ramp and SIDA training
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
