Sale Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business through cold calling, maintaining client relationships through consistent follow-up, and effectively communicating our services over the phone. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and skilled in professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to build and close sales pipelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients over the phone
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups using Microsoft Outlook
- Manage and track client interactions and sales activities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and phone-based sales skills
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar scheduling, task management)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
