Job Title: Remote Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000 $160,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and manage content for social media, email, and blogs.
• Analyze marketing data and track key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Optimize campaigns using SEO, paid ads, and email marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
