What Youll Do
Produce clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code that powers our AI-driven platform with the support of modern AI development tools.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade APIs using FastAPI.
Rapidly prototype and iterate to turn ideas into product-ready features.
Experiment with the latest LLMs and apply strong prompt-engineering techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.
Implement RAG, contextual search, and advanced AI workflow pipelines.
Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize deep learning models for NLP and computer vision tasks.
Research emerging technologies, frameworks, and techniques and integrate them into production systems.
Build observability tools and AI-content auditing systems to ensure transparency, reliability, and safe interactions with AI.
Who You Are
- Proven industry experience in AI/ML engineering or similar roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on work in the AI/ML domain
Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI frameworks, data pipelines, and asynchronous systems.
Highly curious, adaptable, and quick to learn emerging AI technologies.
- Solid CS fundamentals and a problem-solving mindset that thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
