Who We Are Looking For

Were looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (Full-Time) to support our performance marketing and client operations across multiple accounts. In this role, youll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automation workflows that connect campaigns, data, and user journeys.

Youll work closely with media buyers, performance strategists, and internal stakeholders to ensure automations are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and turning complex systems into smooth, high-performing workflows.

What Youll Do

• Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows (email sequences, lead nurturing, scoring, tagging, lifecycle flows).
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking across platforms using tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other CRMs or marketing platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tracking, data capture, forms, triggers, and integrations.
• Collaborate with media buyers and performance strategists to align automation logic with campaign objectives.
• Monitor automation performance, analyze results, and propose improvements based on data.
• Ensure best practices in segmentation, data hygiene, and audience management.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for automations, workflows, and client-specific setups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple B2B client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of tracking, tagging, and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working hours aligned with Latin America / Miami (EST).
