Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services

- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments

- Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed

- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Educate customers on our products and services and make recommendations based on their needs

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
