What would you be doing:
- Generate and present 5 original video scripts and 5 creative content ideas daily, aligned with campaign goals and brand voice
- Lead end-to-end video production, from ideation and scripting to subtitling and final edits
- Produce high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads
- Ensure all creative output aligns with the teams aesthetic directiona strong portfolio match is essential
- Leverage tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, while incorporating AI tools creatively to streamline production
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and mentor junior team members or virtual assistants when needed
- Stay ahead of industry trends and social platform dynamics, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and high-performing
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in a similar creative or digital content role, preferably within e-commerce or marketing environments
- A strong portfolio that reflects your ability to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned content
- Capability to independently ideate, write your own subtitles, and manage video projects with minimal supervision
- Advanced skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and comfort working with AI-based creative tools
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator with critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
- Leadership potential someone proactive, responsible, and able to guide or support junior creatives effectively
