UX/UI Developer

Job Description:

As a UX/UI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experiences of our digital

products. You will bridge the gap between design and technology, ensuring the end user's

needs are met while maintaining a seamless and visually engaging digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User-Centered Design: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of end-users' needs,

goals, and pain points through research, user interviews, and testing to inform design decisions.

2. User Interface Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes illustrating the

user interface and design concepts, considering usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

3. Interaction Design: Design and implement user interactions and transitions, ensuring a

smooth and engaging user experience.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to bridge

the gap between design and development, ensuring the successful implementation of user

interface designs.

5. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine user

interface designs.

6. Front-End Development: Translate design concepts into responsive and functional

front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

7. Visual Design: Create visually appealing and consistent design elements, including icons,

graphics, and typography.

8. Accessibility: Ensure user interfaces are accessible to all users, including those with

disabilities, by following best practices and guidelines.

9. Documentation: Maintain design and code documentation for reference and collaboration

with team members.

10. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to improve your skills and the quality of our products.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.

- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
