About the Role

As an Senior AI Engineer in Bridge-it's India team, you will have the chance to build and apply Generative AI and traditional ML technologies, contributing to the development of an innovative AI-driven SaaS platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting edge Generative AI technologies, sharpen your technical skills, and work on a project that aims to make a real-world impact. Minimum 3 years of professional (post education) fulltime experience with minimum 2 years of traditional ML experience and 1 year of Generative AI experience is must.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI team at bridge-it
• Identify and create datasets to build a domain specific knowledge base
• Work on Prompt Engineering and create advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Build and optimize scalable REST APIs using Python.
• Utilize frameworks like LangChain and Langraph for complex AI workflows.
• Collaborate on implementing knowledge graphs and Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Build AI APIs using Django or FastAPI.
• Use and fine-tune Generative AI models for real-world applications.

• Strong foundation in traditional Data Science and Generative AI concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge in data crawling / scraping, cleaning and processing to build a dataset
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, LangChain, and Python.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Good foundation of Relational database concepts and SQL queries.
• Strong software engineering and data analysis foundation
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with Agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
• Experience in working with knowledge graphs and graph databases like neo4j.
• Proficiency in Django or FastAPI for backend development.
• Knowledge on search (ElasticSearch) and recommendation systems
• Education Qualification:
• Graduate in Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
