The Director of Development owns the strategy and execution of one or more high-performing software delivery teams. We're looking for a technology leader who has consistently delivered highly scalable, 24/7 production-grade applications and services - and who brings the same level of excellence to growing the people and teams behind them. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about both the technology and the organization: championing reliable, industry-leading engineering while fostering a global team culture where innovation moves fast and quality is never a trade-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale a high-performing development organization - design team structures that drive productivity and adaptability as the organization grows
- Drive accountability through data - develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting KPIs across the organization
- Champion delivery efficiency - implement diverse delivery methodologies to ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery
- Align resources and stakeholders - efficiently manage commitments, resources, and expectations to deliver high-value project outputs
- Lead post-acquisition integration - own the integration of Delivery Engine (DE) teams, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment
