As a Product Manager II, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that shape our customer experience and drive measurable business results. In this role, you'll define product strategy, manage complex roadmaps, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. With a strong foundation in product development and a bias for action, you'll guide teams through ambiguity, champion user needs, and unlock opportunities for growth and efficiency. This is a chance to make a strategic impact while building the future of how we serve and engage players. What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from opportunity discovery and roadmap definition to launch, iteration, and optimization.

  • Translate business goals and user needs into well-defined product requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Analytics, UX, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to life.

  • Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to evaluate performance, prioritize initiatives, and inform decision-making.

  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing and iterative development.

  • Balance short-term results with long-term vision, ensuring product investments are scalable and strategically sound.

  • Foster strong alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, and progress.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and help evolve our product and platform strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management with a strong track record of launching and scaling products.

  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product development workflows, and cross-functional team dynamics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex challenges into structured, actionable plans.

  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and lead experimentation strategies.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills that help influence and drive alignment across technical and business teams.

  • Experience navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear, confident communication style and a collaborative approach to leadership.

  • Passion for building impactful products and a strong understanding of what makes great user experiences.
