Position Overview

As a Mobile Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists to provide comprehensive treatment to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of treatment plans, conducting exercises and activities, and monitoring progress. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and the opportunity for growth within our company.

Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Assist the physical therapist in providing patient care and treatment plans - Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities under the guidance of the physical therapist - Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the physical therapist - Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities - Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility - Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

Requirements: - Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program - Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant - Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology - Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

Skills: - Acute care experience - Knowledge of physiology and anatomy - Familiarity with occupational health practices - Strong patient care skills - Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques - Understanding of medical terminology

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1-80 per week
