Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who might qualify for free insurance and connecting them with our licensed sales agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and qualify leads through phone
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
- Understand and effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Transfer qualified customers to our licensed sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in inbound sales or lead generation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
