Responsibilities

  • Support claims branch offices by ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly
  • Interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable

Skills

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher
  • Minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience or one year post-secondary education
  • Proficiency using office equipment
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
  • Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
  • Customer service and follow-up skills
