[Remote] Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative who will respond to inquiries related to retirement plans and support customers in managing their retirement savings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans
• Provide service for customers' retirement savings accounts
• Educate and empower customers without cold calling or sales pressure
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes
• Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and account changes as directed
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients

Skills

• Ability to work a 40-hour week, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays and outside traditional business hours
• Associate degree or higher plus at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Availability to work overtime as needed
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (minimum 50Mbps download/10Mbps upload)
• Ability to connect computer directly to modem/router via Ethernet cable
• Experience in financial services or call centers
• Strong customer service skills and phone engagement
• Adaptability in communication style for diverse customers
• Attention to detail and ability to learn financial policies and procedures
