Client Service Manager, Personal Lines
Gallagher is a trusted advisor in the insurance industry, helping businesses and individuals protect what matters most. They are seeking an Account Manager for their Personal Lines team to deliver tailored risk management solutions and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies, quotes, endorsements, and audits
- Support client retention by addressing inquiries and reviewing accounts receivable
- Leverage your insurance expertise to identify and address coverage gaps
- Continuously learn and grow through training and self-directed education
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- Active Producer's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Appropriate licensing as required
- A passion for helping clients and solving problems
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks
- The ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms
- A proactive approach to learning and staying current on industry trends
