By acting as the first point of contact for the justice systems and programs with whom we partner, Holon Health provides timely and efficient brief interventions to better prepare patients to receive community-based services and engage in proactive, prosocial behaviors.

POSITION SUMMARY

Holon Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Collaborating Psychiatrist (part time) to provide clinical oversight, guidance, and consultation to our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of innovative mental health interventions while embracing the flexibility of remote work.

SCHEDULE

5-10 hours per month, with potential to increase for the right candidate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical guidance and supervision to our team of mental health professionals, including MNHP and LCSWs
  • Consultation: Offer expert consultation on complex cases, treatment planning, and medication management as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards in the delivery of mental health services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification: Board certification in Psychiatry.
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted licensure in New Mexico (other states a bonus).
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist, with a strong background in evidence-based practices. Experience with SUD/MAT strongly preferred.
