About the Role

Bizmoni is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across the business.

This role is critical in ensuring that all marketing projects run smoothly, stay on track, and are delivered on time. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, remove bottlenecks, and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

    • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and content channels.
    • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all projects and deliverables are on track and aligned with deadlines.
    • Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day execution, follow-ups, and project delivery.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
    • Collaborate with CRM, E-learning, Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to align initiatives.
    • Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials and content.
    • Track campaign performance and support reporting using analytics tools.
    • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and campaigns.
    • Ensure all marketing activities meet compliance and regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring

    • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or project support, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and social media channels.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
    • High attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and compliance in all deliverables.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
