AdviceOne LLC is a growing advisory firm specializing in retirement planning and asset management for clients nationwide. The Client Experience Associate will ensure every client receives exceptional service, focusing on building strong client relationships and managing communication effectively.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Preparing and resetting meeting rooms on our live Tuesday client days
- Managing inbound and outbound client phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Supporting clients and prospects with connecting to virtual meetings
- Communicating with clients throughout the day via email and text
Skills
- A polished, outgoing demeanor
- Strong verbal communication skills and exceptional work ethic
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- The ability to multitask effectively
- Solid computer proficiency
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Evening availability preferred but not required
- Financial services experience is not needed
