Scrum Master/Adobe BA - Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce's client is seeking a Scrum Master/Adobe BA for a remote role. Duties:
- Lead and support the internal Adobe Experience Platform development team using agile practices
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to clarify goals and requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable work items for the technical team
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and help maintain predictable, high quality delivery
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team
- Align with Product Owners and cross functional partners to ensure value is delivered iteratively
- Maintain clear and transparent communication between internal teams and clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with digital marketing technologies, functions, and processes
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience serving as a Scrum Master
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
- Experience working with cross functional development teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and guide iterative delivery
- Problem solving skills with the ability to identify and remove blockers
- Experience documenting workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain team alignment
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience with Azure DevOps for project/task management
- Prior experience on a system migration and/or transformation project
- Knowledge of email HTML development, journey orchestration, and customer data models
- Experience in consulting or client facing delivery roles
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
