Junior Product Owner
MasterBorn is a company focused on delivering results and creating value for its clients. They are seeking a Junior Product Owner who will gather requirements, manage client needs, and lead a tech team while receiving support from experienced Proxy Product Owners.
Responsibilities
- Attending project meetings with the Proxy Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members)
- Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap)
- Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers
- Learning best practices & growing
- Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team
- Learning how to describe business processes and how to extract business requirements from a client and ask the right questions
- And remember, you won't be alone. You will receive full and continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Proxy Product Owners

- Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required
